MAY OPEN DAY

What an amazing day we had at Wortwell Community Centre. The morning speaker Lucy Skellorn, “My family and other irises” was so informative and such a lovely lady.
We then had a delicious lunch as usual provided by Anglian Catering.
In the afternoon we were entertained by Catherine Gledhill, who had us in stitches with her funny stories and her humour....

Super hands on evening

We had a super kokedama evening . Getting our hands dirty and lots of giggles.
Thank you to all who came making it a most successful evening.

Area Day at Mildenhall

Some of us attended the Area Day held at Mildenhall on Saturday. The demonstrator was Jo Purdy, a newly qualified national demonstrator. She was a breath of fresh air, and certainly one we might be booking for one of our open days.

Elaine Boobier from Maldon visited us, and gave a colourful demonstration about how she had got involved in the flower world.

Super Club night with Moira

We had a really fun evening with our first demonstrator of the year. Moira had us in stitches with her music and dancing, plus of course some super flower arrangements.
